My partner and I used Diana's service for the selling of our condo AND for the purchase of our new home! Neither would've happened without her assistance. With the real estate market's high turnover rate and competitive bidding, purchasing a house should have been a very difficult process; however, having Diana on our side made the process go extremely smoothly. She works in a timely manner and is always on top of what's happening in the market. She made her schedule work with all of our crazy requests. The home we bought was only on the market for FOUR hours and that included a site visit! Talk about moving quickly! We absolutely adore our new home and we are so happy Diana was able to help us get it :) As for selling our condo, Diana offered great recommendations for "staging" the place as well as hired a professional company to take photos. I fell in love with our place all over again once we saw the listing go out. After being out of the real estate world for over 7 years I reached
out to Giulio and Diana to sell my house and help my purchase a new home.  I had a great experience with D&G!
